Robert Jacobs – Vice President of International Sales

Robert is the Vice President of International Sales at Innovative, responsible for all our customers outside of North America. Robert is based in the UK, but travels extensively to engage with and learn from our customers. Robert has over 20 year’s experience of working with and selling to libraries, with both technology solutions and content. Robert has been in this role with Innovative since 2013, and prior to this Robert held sales management positions at Swets, Thomson Learning and Reed Elsevier. Robert holds a BA (Politics) from the University of Portsmouth in the UK.

Kathryn Harnish – Senior Vic President, Product Strategy

Kathryn Harnish A thought leader and change agent in the library technology industry, Kathryn pairs her deep domain knowledge with extensive experience in leading product strategy.  Throughout her career, which includes senior positions at ProQuest, OCLC, and Ex Libris/Endeavor, she has formulated and implemented forward-looking strategies that support library objectives, creating an impressive track record of strategic innovation. At Innovative, Kathryn is responsible for engaging with libraries and their partners to transform the ways in which libraries do business, helping them secure visibility and viability in a rapidly-changing landscape.  Kathryn holds an MLS from the University of Pittsburgh.

Priscilla Borquez – Senior Systems Librarian/Support Analyst

Priscilla Borquez Priscilla is the Team Lead for Sierra REST API Support. She is a Senior Systems Librarian and Support Analyst, having joined Innovative in 2006. Priscilla is a native of Los Angeles, California, and has worked with libraries since 1994 for companies such as Data Research Associates, SirsiDynix, and EOS International.

Jason Boland – Senior Library Training Consultant

Jason Boland Experience: 12 years with University of California, Riverside library system.  19 years with Innovative: 5 years in Customer Service, 2 years in Product Management and 12 years in Training Services.

Most proud of: Seeing staff from libraries I have trained passing on their wisdom to other libraries in IUG presentations.

Why I love working with libraries: Libraries are my home away from home.  I have spent much of my life using, working in and working with libraries.

When not helping libraries to be more successful: I am usually with my wife Aimee, gardening, tackling a crossword puzzle or enjoying a good meal.
