BONUS+ Catalogue

BONUS+ is the first international implementation of INN-Reach direct consortial software from Innovative Interfaces Inc. Through the BONUS+ central catalogue, staff and students of the member universities have access to over 6 million volumes collectively owned by their libraries. Registered library clients can place requests and borrow books as simply as they can within their own university library system. Items are delivered to the library nominated by the borrower with all delivery costs covered.

CSDirect is Innovative Interfaces web-based customer service centre for documentation, training and support resources. This customer service portal has information on best practices, FAQs and advice on system configuration. You can also access system manuals, functional area wikis, online tutorials, software downloads, and new release planning information.

Innovative Customer Supportal

Innovative Interfaces Customer Support Portal. The Supportal has information and support resources for the Solutions Knowledge Base, Help Desk for managing and creating tickets, system announcements, contact management tools and release notes.

Idea Lab

Idea Lab will allow the IUG community to partner with Innovative Interfaces to come up with ideas about improvements and software enhancements for III product development. Create an account to access and vote for ideas submitted by the IUG community. Selected winning ideas will have a commitment from Innovative and a spot on the future product roadmap.

Innovative Interfaces, Inc. is the provider of integrated library system software currently used by thousands of libraries in over 40 countries. Innovative software is installed in all types of libraries including: academic, public, consortia, school, and special libraries. Throughout Australasia there are 18 Libraries utilising the Innovative software for their Library operations.

The Innovative Users Group was founded in 1991 as an international organization of member libraries who use the Innovative Interfaces, Inc. integrated library software, INNOPAC. It is an independent organization from Innovative Interfaces, Inc.
